Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) requires the site owner’s identifying details to be published.
- Owner: Juan Carlos de la Encina López
- Tax ID (NIF): 70354405G
- Address: Calle San Blas 1, 45510 Fuensalida (Toledo), Spain
- Contact email: info@enlolab.com
The owner is a self-employed individual, not a company, so there are no commercial registry details to publish.
Purpose
enlolab.com is the website of the digital studio EnloLab. It presents its work, its services and a way to get in touch. It does not sell products or offer a service that can be contracted online: the form only starts a conversation.
Use of the site
You may browse and read the site freely. By using it you agree not to use it for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to disrupt its operation, and not to use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial communications or unlawful content.
Intellectual property
The text, design, code and graphic elements of the site belong to its owner or its licensors and may not be reproduced or exploited without authorisation.
The projects shown in the portfolio include trade marks, logos, names and materials belonging to their respective owners, which remain their property. They are shown for identification purposes, as a reference to the work carried out.
Third-party links
The site links to external resources (among others, jcenlo.com, saastro.io
and profiles on third-party platforms). We are not responsible for their content
or their privacy policies, which are governed by their own terms.
Liability
The site is provided “as is”. We aim to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted.
Nothing in this section excludes liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded.
Data protection and cookies
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the use of cookies in the Cookie Policy.
Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law, and any dispute arising from it or from the use of the site is subject to the Spanish courts.
If you are using the site as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, nor of the right to bring proceedings before the courts that those rules reserve for you.
Changes
We may update this legal notice. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its last-updated date.
