Data Deletion
Last updated: October 2026
This page explains how to ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you, including data that reaches us through an EnloLab app connected to Meta services (Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp).
How to request it
- Email info@enlolab.com with the subject “Data deletion”.
- Tell us something that lets us find you: the email, name, or the profile or number you used to contact us.
- We will reply and, where applicable, erase your data within one month of receiving your request. That period may be extended by two further months where the request is complex or numerous; if so, we will tell you, with the reasons, within the first month (Art. 12(3) GDPR).
Exercising this right is free of charge (Art. 12(5) GDPR). No form and no ID document are needed: a plain email is enough. We will only ask for more information if we have reasonable doubts about your identity or cannot tell which data is yours (Art. 12(6) GDPR).
Data we may keep
The right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) has limits. If we have or had a business relationship, data we are legally required to keep (for example, invoices, for tax and commercial obligations) is not deleted straight away: it is blocked under Article 32 of Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). That means it is not used for anything and is only available to courts and public authorities for the limitation period of any liabilities that may arise; after that, it is deleted.
If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account
You can also remove our app’s access from your account:
- Open your Facebook or Instagram Settings.
- Go to Apps and websites (or “Business integrations”).
- Find the EnloLab app and tap Remove.
Removing access stops us from receiving new data. To delete what we already hold, email us as described above.
If you are not satisfied
If we do not reply in time or you are not satisfied with our reply, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es, or with the supervisory authority where you live.
